Seeding Africa Inc. (“Seeding Africa”, “we”, “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the State of Georgia, USA. Our website is seeding.africa.

We collect personal data when you: submit a scholarship application, contact us via our enquiry form, or subscribe to our newsletter. Data collected includes: name, email address, phone number, country, and the content of your messages or application.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: process scholarship applications; respond to enquiries; send newsletter updates to subscribers who have opted in; and improve our website and services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and Row Level Security.

5. Data retention

Application and enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@seeding.africa.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at info@seeding.africa.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (admin users only) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand site traffic. Analytics cookies are anonymised and do not identify individuals.
